How we know it was done

Four parts, and you can check every one of them yourself:

• A written standard, room by room. What gets done in a restroom, a break room, an office, and in what order. Not left to memory or to how much time is left.
• Photographed as it's finished. Every area, from the same angle each time, so you can compare one week to the next rather than take our word for it.
• Anything wrong gets flagged. A leak, a light out, a door that won't latch — in your log with a photo the night we find it.
• We read the record. We review the log ourselves. When something is missed you hear it from us first.

You're handing someone your keys after hours

That's the real decision, and it deserves commitments in writing rather than reassurance. These are the same for every building we clean.

• Keys and codes logged and controlled. Access limited to the crew assigned to your building.
• Every assigned cleaner background-checked before their first visit, and you receive the certification. Anyone added later, the same, before they work.
• A janitorial bond, certificate provided on award.
• General liability insurance, certificate naming your business, before the first visit. Additional insured arranged if your lease requires it.
• No use of your Wi-Fi, computers or equipment. We bring our own.
• What we see in your building isn't discussed. Not with other clients, not online.
• Anything damaged or found wrong is reported the same night — with a photo, before you discover it.

Every document above is delivered before our first visit, as a condition of starting — which is exactly how you should require it from any vendor, including us.
